This free printable chart is designed for
teachers and parents who are dieting in order to reach a healthy
target weight. Many people find that the best way to chart their
progress on their diet is the old-fashioned way, using a pen or
pencil to write their daily weigh-in numbers. There are forty
rows for forty days on this daily weight log for dieters. This chart has a wide one-inch margin on the left. The idea is that you hang the chart near your scale and mark down your weight each day. As you finish each chart (every forty days), you replace it with a freshly printed one. The margin on the left side of each sheet allows you to use a three-hole punch on the sheet, then place it in your diet three-ring binder. Note: Because a person's weight fluctuates throughout the day, it is best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning (preferably just out of bed, following your first trip to the bathroom). But we all forget. Just in case, not only does this chart have columns for noting the date and your daily weight, but it has a third column for writing down the time of day. |
