The concept here is very simple. You print the template on the left. It contains eight divided areas, with a dashed writing line in each area.
In the space provided, you draw whatever it is that you want your kids to count. In the example to the right, we drew stars, smiley faces, hearts, eyes, etc. The possibilities are endless.
If you have ink stampers, you can simply stamp onto the sheet. This will allow you to make truly unique worksheets, especially if you have an interesting stamp collection!
Once you're finished, you print as many photocopies as you need for your class. Students write the correct number of items on the dashed line. |
